Tips for

Home Buyer's

Satisfaction 100% Guaranteed

First-Time Buyers.

Welcome to either your worst nightmare or a fabulous experience. All of that depends on you. Hire the right advisors (that does not include your family, your best friends or your neighbors), unless, of course, they practice as a Realtor®, a home inspector, a lender, a surveyor, a termite inspector or a home insurance advisor.

Asking your close friends and family about housing is like asking them about how to do brain surgery, or higher mathematics, unless that is what they specifically do as a profession or have had specific training in that field. Remember, your friends and family want what’s best for you, (but don’t necessarily KNOW what is best for you)...especially if they have had no formal training. Each real estate professional (in their field of expertise) has often trained for years and learned from their successes and mistakes along the way. You want to capitalize on this experience. Make sense?

Second-10th time homebuyers....

If you are already a homeowner and have been through the buying experience, the details are too many, and pitfalls too gruesome! YOU of all people know! You may have some horror stories of your own to share!

You know the drill. You realize that your time, energy and money is better spent finding and hiring the very best professionals you can. Hundreds of potential issues come up and having survived past storms you now require seasoned pros to help you navigate the minefields.

Designing/building a new custom home?

Now you enter a whole new field of potential and risk! Choosing an architect, choosing a builder, or even self-contracting... Wowzer.

Better have some pros helping and guiding you through this process. Who do you hire? How do you know they are any good? What questions do you ask them?

Come to the pros at The Condurelis Group that have done it over and over. Sort of like a surgeon performing the same procedure over and over, you get good at it after a while.

That's why I'm here to guide you through those issues and help make the home buying or building experience as positive and smooth as reasonable.
