3. Great Rate guarantee. (A) We will guarantee that your buyer will get the best available rate. Based on a 30 day lock, we will give your buyer a free one time float down. The borrower will be able to float their rate down one time during the lock in period. The cut off on the float down is 10 days prior to closing. This will give the borrower confidence that they will have the opportunity to get the best advertised rate available. The lock will give them security that their rate will not be higher.
(B) Along with the Great Rate Guarantee, I will extend the borrowers lock an additional week for free in the event there are issues that may come up that are beyond anyone's control.
